We are facing many world problems as on today and there is also a serious problem which is employees leaving the Organization due to variety of reasons. Most commonly and majority of the people leave the Organization due to their increase in the salary. Highest Paying Jobs are always been at the door step for the hard workers, brilliant persons and the highly experienced people. Suppose if a person stays in a company for 3-4 years and he finally completes his MBA without informing the organization. So the work what he is doing now is not going to be appropriate, so he goes for a high paid jobs. Those days companies are not worried about the employees, resource allocation and keeping it safe has become an important job as on today. The problem is if a few employees leave the Organization, but if many people start continuously leaving the Organization then the company will lose all of his assets. But there are possibilities to keep the employees stay in the company for more years. So for that you need to incorporate training to them and give value addition as a part of the work profile. It could be a sticky one for the employees to stay in the Organization even after they are well qualified.
