Reformed Credit Card Rules
None of us have been unaware of the corrupt practices that credit card industry follows against its borrowers. Keeping this in mind the government has set some rules that every credit card company needs to follow. Under the reformed rules the companies will have to inform the creditors 45 days in advance regarding any significant changes to the terms that the company makes. The borrower has every right to cancel the account if he/she does not agree with the upcoming changes. The companies will also have to provide statements at least 21 days before the due date of the payments.
